I. Preparations before Packaging
1. Casting pre-treatment
Surface cleaning: Remove the molding sand, burrs and oil stains from the surface of the casting, ensuring no residual impurities (using shot blasting or chemical cleaning).
Anti-rust treatment: Customized protection plan based on transportation environment:
Maritime transportation / High humidity environment: Spray epoxy zinc-rich primer + polyurethane topcoat (coatingthickness ≥120μm).
Short-term storage: Apply economical anti-rust oil for temporary protection.
Drying treatment: Ensure that the moisture content of the castings is ≤ 0.5%, to prevent internal rusting.

II. Core Packaging Process and Details
Individual protection
Edge protection: Hard edges are covered with EPE pearl cotton or custom foam corner protectors (thickness ≥20mm) to prevent puncturing the box.
Precision surface coating: Apply fluorocarbon spray to the surface and cover it with a PE protective film (such as for revolving door ceiling panels) to prevent scratches.
Moisture-proof measures: Place silica gel desiccant inside the box (quantity: 1kg per cubic meter) or adopt a perforated design (the stainless steel castings need to be breathable to prevent condensation).

2. Internal reinforcement design
Buffer filling: Fill the gaps with foam beads, paper scraps or air cushions to ensure that the casting does not shift. Load-bearing support: For overweight components (such as 70-kilogram castings), a "calcium plastic hollow board + directional reinforcing ribs" structure is adopted, which increases the load-bearing capacity by 40%. Layered isolation: When stacking in multiple layers, use solid wood pillow blocks for separation to prevent component collisions (such as in the packaging of rotating door profiles).

3. External Packaging
Box structure:
Wooden box: Five-layer composite board (thickness 0.9 cm) + metal snap fasteners for locking, with steel frame reinforcement at the bottom.
Calcium plastic box: Modular assembly, empty box can be folded to save storage space.
Sealing treatment: The top of the box is covered with double-laver moisture-proof film, and the seams are sealed with waterproof adhesive tape.
ldentification Specifications:
Printing enterprise logo, casting name/number, center of gravity symbol , rain protection sign.
Attach warning labels (such as"Sharp Edges") and hoisting indication marks.

Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

Because we will handle everything and solve all your problems for you.

Q:Do you make customized products or finished parts?
A: Yes,all parts are not in stock, custom made according to customer's drawings or samples! If you have any parts to be made, please feel free to send your kind drawings/samples to us. But stock is considered when customers requires.
Q: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
A: Yes, we will not release your design to third party unless with your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send the drawing.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Usually we don't set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototype part or sample for clients to ensure quality standard.
Q:Whether some samples can be provided?
A: Yes, just need some sample cost, we will return it back when proceed into mass production. If a molded is needed, we will charge the mold fee before starting. Then the mold belongs to customer.
Q:How to deal it when they are found to be in poor quality?
A: Please rest assured that all our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery and generally there will no non-conformance; in case of non-conformance, please contact us immediately, take some pictures, we will check on the problems and have them reworked or repaired at the first time , the resulting transportation costs borne by our company.
